Human capital

1. People are the most valuable resource for any country. They help in the growth and development of the country hence they are known as human capital.
2. Well-educated and healthy people are the greatest resource of any country.

Quality of population

There are two factors that add to the quality of population:

1. Education
2. Health

Education

Education is a very important factor that can increase the quality of population. Investment in education should be encouraged so that people can qualify for a job and earn a living for their family. Also, it will help the economy positively.

Health

Effort should be made to provide cheap and better health facility to every people. Also, sanitation and proper hygiene should be ensured in the country.

 Unemployment

Unemployment is a situation where a person willing to work is unable to find a job anywhere in the country. Following are the different types of unemployment:

1. Seasonal unemployment
2. Disguised unemployment
3. Educated unemployment

Seasonal unemployment

This is a common type of unemployment that is found in rural areas. When people have no work to do in off-harvesting seasons, this situation is called seasonal unemployment.

Disguised unemployment

It is another type of unemployment that is also found in rural areas. When more than required people work on a farm, it is called disguised unemployment. If the extra people are removed from the farm, the productivity of remaining people will not be affected.

Educated unemployment

This unemployment is commonly found in urban areas. Many college graduates are unemployed because they are not getting any job to earn a living.
